FAQ

How am I paid?
You are paid when a policy you write binds. You connect a payout account during setup and the money lands there.
Am I an employee?
No. You work as an independent contractor on a 1099. You keep your own license, you set your own hours, and nobody assigns you a shift.
Do I have to be available at set times?
No. You mark yourself available when it suits you and calls start arriving. Mark yourself off and they stop. There is no quota and no schedule to keep.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. There is no fee to apply, no monthly charge, and you never buy a lead from us. If a page ever asks you to pay Truvo to take calls, it is not us.
Where do the calls come from?
From consumers who came to Truvo and asked for a quote. They are expecting to talk to a licensed agent, which is why the call connects instead of ringing out.
Can I do this alongside my current book?
That is what most of this is built for. You take calls in the hours you are not already selling, and your own book is untouched.
