- Am I an employee?
- No. You work as an independent contractor on a 1099. You keep your own license, you set your own hours, and nobody assigns you a shift.
- Do I have to be available at set times?
- No. You mark yourself available when it suits you and calls start arriving. Mark yourself off and they stop. There is no quota and no schedule to keep.
- What does it cost me?
